BOOKING CONDITIONS


 

  1. The reservation will not be effective until confirmed by the Camping. On the day of arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be paid in cash (less the deposit)
  2. In the bungalows, the client will leave a deposit of €60, which will be returned once the stay is over and the condition of the bungalow has been checked.
  3. The address will have the reservation after 24 hours of the date of entry. The stay cannot be extended, except for consultation and authorization from the Reception.
  4. ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the bungalows.
  5. The processing of the reservation implies the acceptance of the general conditions.
  6. The reservation will be for a minimum of 7 days in July and August.
  7. On the day of arrival, the entrance to the bungalows will be from 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the departure of the bungalows will be before 11:00.
  8. Booking cancellation:
  9. More than 7 days. 50% refund
  10. 7 or less than 7 days. No return
  11. Only the entire advance paid will be refunded less €10 of management expenses for justified reasons (hospital admission or serious illness, all duly justified)
  12. Any reservation cancellation must be made IN WRITING (telephone calls are not accepted).
  13. If customers, without prior notice, do not arrive at the establishment before 9:00 p.m. the day of arrival, the reservation will be understood as cancelled. Once the reserved stay at the Campsite has begun, abandoning it before the contracted dates will not give the right to any refund.
  14. The campsite reserves the right to change the type of bungalow without prior notice, always to another of a higher category.
  15. The number of the bungalow will be awarded at reception, not being able to choose the number of the same. It can be set as a preference when making the reservation.
  16. The number of people may not exceed the capacity of the reserved bungalow.
